Size of Crude Oil's Pullback 'Unexpected'

Following a 10% downside move for crude oil so far this week, Vikas Dwivedi sees the downtrend continuing in the near-term. He sees lower risks out of the Middle East, but doesn't say it's over. Vikas says "high 50's/low 60's" could be a reasonable range for brent crude to trade in. On the positive side, Vikas commends U.S. response and action to calm volatility in the energy-producing region.
