Citi was among a number of firms to raise its price target on Dell Technologies (DELL) following the company's raised guidance update. Rachel Dashiell dissects the technical setup for the server and PC hardware company. On the 1-year chart, she says it has formed a "massive cup and handle pattern" as it climbed to new yearly-highs.
