Will the U.S. Punish ‘The Good Guys’ with Tariffs?

Brad Conger thinks consumers will bear the brunt of tariff costs and expects discretionary spending power to get hit in the coming months. He hopes that the U.S. “won’t punish the good guys,” like Japanese automakers or foreign drugmakers like Novo Nordisk (NVO). He also notes that China has the “willingness and ability” to support its economy if tariffs hit harder than anticipated. Brad runs through some stock picks and the areas he likes in the bond market.
