Why LULU and NKE Are Still Winners & DECK is Undervalued

David Swartz walks through athleisure. He expects Lululemon (LULU) to make a comeback, saying it’s still the leader in the women’s space and has a “lot of new products coming out.” While there is negativity around those new launches, especially around quality, he thinks they will still attract customers. David also rates Nike (NKE) highly, arguing that despite the weakness over the last few years it maintains dominance. Deckers (DECK) has “two brands that are really popular” across age groups, and he thinks shares are undervalued. Tom White shows an example options trade on LULU.
