Spotify (SPOT) rallied close to 20% intraday at the height of Tuesday's trading session. David Schulhof believes investors are relieved to see strong earnings after a stark price correction. While he notes Spotify needing to put more focus on advertising revenue, David points to a audiobook push, Netflix (NFLX) partnership, and merchandise as other ways to generate long-term revenue. Seth Schachner adds that Spotify greatly expanded internationally and saw premium subscriptions "way up." He makes the case the company remains "undervalued."
