Russell Hackmann discusses the importance of tax planning and his book, “Wall Street is Not Your Friend.” One of his contentions is that Wall Street is the “masters of hidden fees” aimed at investors with assets between $500K to the low millions. “A lot of people are overweight stocks and bonds,” he adds, “I’d rather buy a T-bill” than a bond fund. He also doesn’t think private investments being pushed on retail investors are great ideas.
