Kevin Rich says an upward-sloping yield curve isn't an outright negative signal for Wall Street, even if it does ring alarm bells for investors. He discusses the dynamics he sees the move creating for the weeks and months ahead as the Fed is "filling sandbags" ahead of Jackson Hole.
