U.S. stock futures are modestly higher in premarket trading as the tech-heavy Nasdaq-100 (NDX) is at all-time highs.

The moves come after a positive start to the week on Monday as all four major indices were higher. Tech led gains yesterday as Nvidia (NVDA) hit a record high and the Mag 7 stocks lifted the overall market.

Falling oil prices and weakening yields are lending support to stocks today. Crude fell 2% yesterday and is down this morning near $87 a barrel. Yields are pulling back today after hitting 24-year highs on Monday with the benchmark 10-Year near 5.25%.

With little economic data and earnings due, investor focus will remain on oil prices, yields and strength in tech stocks.
