U.S. Stock Futures are slightly lower ahead of the Wall Street open after another choppy session on Thursday. Stocks have been under pressure at the tail end of the week as tariff headlines continues to create uncertainty for markets. Investor focus turns to personal income and outlays data today with expectations of the headline PCE price index reading rising 0.3% in February and 2.5% from 12 months earlier.
