Markets are slightly lower heading into Tuesday, with the small-cap Russell 2000 as the lone green name among the major equity index futures after the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development cut its 2025 global growth forecast to 2.9% from 3.1%. Some retail stocks are on the move after posting earnings, including DG, OLLI, and SIG. Meanwhile, traders have quarterly results from CRWD and HPE after the close, and more discount retail with DLTR tomorrow morning.
